Poem: Power Outage

Moon

Empty of light, air cloys

Things fall down and are not found

This is how the rooms breathe now:

In feral moon’s refracted light,

Shapes fly, walls close, sounds rise.

I am in a forest of untamed dreams

Afraid, not of the dark, but me.
